ARENA

Arena Team will be responsible for
providing the tools, resources and
personnel necessary for the church
to effectively carry out its arena
ministry. They will be
responsible for the oversight,
care, maintenance, and use of the
arena. They will work with
the Leadership Team as well as
other ministry teams to develop
strategies and plan events that
will utilize the arena to
effectively reach the
cowboy/western culture for Christ. |

BENEVOLENCE

Benevolence Team is to receive
calls and interview need families
or individuals, to counsel and
pray with these people who are in
need and to provide assistance, as
we are able. |

CHILDREN'S

Children's Team seeks to provide a
solid scriptural foundation for
the children 4 years through
Fourth Grade. Lesson
materials and methods are designed
to be high interest, hands-on and
developmentally appropriate.
The Team plans seasonal family
activities that support
involvement in Open Range Cowboy
Church fellowship and
service. Our mission is to
encourage our Little Buckaroos in
their lifelong journey of faith
grounded in Christian love. |

FACILITY

Facility Team will be responsible
to ensure that the church has
adequate facilities to effectively
carry out its ministries.
They will oversee the care,
maintenance, and use of all
facilities and grounds except the
arena. They will also assist
the pastor and elders with long
range planning which will ensure
that the church has adequate
facilities to meet future needs. |

FINANCE

Finance Team will be responsible
to ensure that the church has
adequate financial resources
to effectively carry out its
ministries. They shall work
cooperatively with the pastor,
elders, lay pastor, professional
staff, and team leaders to find
maximum resources for meeting each
ministry need. They shall
also be responsible for the
preparation of the annual budget,
for the oversight and accounting
of all financial records, and for
assisting the pastor and elders
with long term planning which will
ensure that the church has
financial resources to meet future
ministry needs. |

snacks on Sunday morning. This team also serves and arranges for food
at fellowships, weddings, and funerals.. |

responsible for establishing new
home groups, training
facilitators/church leaders, and
providing support for existing
groups. Our goal is to bring

MISSIONS

Missions Team is to be aware of
mission projects (including
emergency situations like
Hurricane Katrina) and to organize
and lead our church to both give
and to become personally
involved. This will also
include making our church aware of
the Baptist Mission Programs and

Prayer Team are the "Prayer
Warriors" for the
church. They will be
responsible for the keeping the
church staff, office and
congregation informed of any
special needs within the church
body, such as sickness, accidents,
death, etc.., so that we can agree
and pray in unity concerning these
things. We believe that God
answers prayer and the team shall
give regular "Praise"
reports as prayers are answered |

Personnel Team will be responsible
to ensure that the church has

ministries. They will fill
staff vacancies as needed or as
directed by the church, conduct
annual staff evaluations, make
salary recommendations, mediate
church/staff disputes and
terminate staff members by
consensus with the church elders
and pastor. |

Youth Team is Christ-Centered and
leadership committed. Their
goal is to win lost youth to
Christ and to teach them how to
witness, encourage, and serve
others. The Youth Team will
be the ambulance the Open Range
Cowboy Church will be the
infirmary, and God will be the
Great Physician. |
